I've been task with a project to get agent info from a Symposium server (v.5) to display on a web page. I got 90% of the task done, what I'm not able to find is the agent state e.g. Busy, active, idle etc. It is possible to get this info, if so I would really appreicated is someone can share it with me.
BTW, below is an example of what I was able to do.
Agent Ans Off Talk NR Log Status
Agent1 23 23 02:52:50 00:00:04 08:01:46
Agent2 13 13 02:45:31 00:00:05 07:38:47
Agent3 10 11 00:57:42 00:37:49 07:55:49
