Hello,
we have successfully installed SA 2.3 SU2 on the server together with TAPI 3.0.0.8! However, we are not able to install it on the clients.
The clients are running Windows XP. When we start the setup.exe from the shared folder SASWDIST the message that "The system administrator priviliges are required to download the client files" appears. When we click on OK another window appears but there is just written Failure:. At this point the installation finishes.
We have administrator rights. The user under which we are starting setup.exe is in the Administrator group on client and server too.
Don't you know how to fix it?
