Symposium ACD voice menu

We have a Symposium switch for our Scheduling department built with ACD's. During the day the system works great, however, when they close and put their phones in Not Ready or Busy- when you call the main number for the scheduling department and press 1 to leave a voicemail message- the line rings a fast busy and disconnects the call-- any suggestions???
 
Check the script in question and see what pressing 1 does and follow the trail from there.
