Is it possible to force an agent to logout once they've been in Not Ready for state for a given ammount of time? I'd like to setup something so that if an agent is Not Ready for over 1 hour, they are automatically logged out. If I can make this skillset or user specific, that would be even better.

This may be more appropriate in the Symposium forum, so I'll post a copy of this over there as well. I posted it here since I thought there might be a setting in the ACDN that related to this.
