For one, Rls. 4.0 is still NT 4.0. There are a host of enhancements that you probably have been told about, plus the matter of Nortel support. You will get the Web Client server software included (in 4.0 it was a rather expensive option), so plan on a second server to do this, since a lot of the new features are only available via Web Client. The client software you have been using pretty much goes out the window now, replaced by Web Client, and you only need to keep one client pc available for some maintenance functions. No more software to install on supervisor desktops. Do you have "sales collateral" on 5.0? There is a "What's New" presentation that might be useful to you.
