Symposium 5.0 Real Time Data Issue

I have recently installed the Symposium web client v 4.5 and cannot get the standard agent real time display to work. I went back to my symposium server and modified the mRcv.ini file for the traffic I want to test and everything works except for the agent moving window data (default port 6070). This leaves me to believe that maybe there is something not set up correctly on my agent config that is causing this. Has anybody ran into a similar problem? This is the last part of getting the web client deployed to my management team and I would rather not wait two weeks for my vendor to come out to help me with this.

Any help is greatly appreciated...

 
quick questions- do you have multicast enbabled on your network? Assuming CCMA and CCMS server CLAN's are connected to the same ethernet switch, does it work when the client is on the same switch?
 
Just eliminate the simple reasons for an agent RTD not working: There has to be at least one agent logged in, and the client RTD has to be in the same partition.
 
I got the issue resolved. Everything was configured correctly. I just had to restart the RSM_Service to get it working. For some reason something was stuck and not sending out the agent moving window data.
