Symposium 5.0 Backup fails

Symposium Call Center Server Rls. 5.0 Fails daily backup to network drive.
Here’s the information I have. Glad to provide any additional information that I can.

Backup destination is ‘Network Drive” \\Marsphones01\backup, which is actually the SCCS 5.0 with the folder “backup” located in the C: drive

Additional Info: the login name for the backup is currently set to 'ngensys', and uses the 'ngensys' password. The backup destination is on the C: drive of the SCCS 5.0 server.
