Symposium 5.0 Agent Licences

Would some one be able to tell me what the differences are in the difference levels of symposium licences are?

I do believe that level 100 are basic and level 300 are for newtworking

It might be worth noting that the max agents in 5.0 increased to 3300 active and 6000 configured.

 
CCS100 is for basic features, yes. CCS200 is for advanced features -- this includes the "WHERE - EQUALS" scripting, advanced voice sessions (like ACCESS -- collecting digits, open voice session, etc.). CCS300 is for networking. I have seen very very few with only CCS100; most non-netowrked call center environments need the features of both 100 and 200.
