Hello all,

When you have a purchased capacity of a certain number of agents, for example 60 agents purchased, how does Symposium calculate what you have available since they are concurrent licenses? Does this mean that you can only build 60 agents in Symposium, or does it mean that you can only acquire 60 TNs (phoneset and voice ports in Configuration)?
Or can you have an unlimited number of acquired TNs and /or agents but only a combimation of 60 can log on at any given time?

If the answer is TNs, do voice (access) ports count?

Thanks in advance for your reply,

tony rico

It's your last option. The total number of agents (and supervisors) who can be simultaneously logged in on Symposium-acquired TNs cannot exceed 60. The 61st person cannot log in. If for some reason you have a third-party system that interfaces through this login also (not common but I have seen it), you need to count those as agents/supervisors in your total.

Did they make it so physically you can't log in or is it just a loss of data since it wouldn't be defined to report on the 61st agent? I've never actually been around a system that was maxed out enough to try it.

Right... i remember if you exceeded almost anything in MAX it would just bump reporting on one of the same resources, after a reboot.

What a pain...you could exceed your limits and not realize what was going on until your stats were completely ruined...this way is better.
