Symposium 5.0 admin NTP # ?? (return to que wait) 1

Can someone please list the correct NTP for a symposium 5.0 administrators guide, Ive been searching around the Nortel site for about an hour now.. and all it keeps giving me is security docs. and call center manager.

Im trying to research under call presentation classes
what the "return to que wait" field is for.

When you check the Return to Queue option you select the amount of seconds you want the agent's set to ring before it returns the call to queue and what state to place that set in if the threshold is reached (Not Ready or Make Busy).

This feature is for the agent that gets up and walks away from his/her desk without logging out or going Not Ready. A call gets presented to that set and if it rings for the number of seconds you have specified, it will place that set in either Not Ready or Make Busy and return that call to queue.

I assumed that, but wanted to be sure, that explanation was crystal clear, Thank you very much.

I would still appreciate the NTP # if anyone has it.
