Symposium 4.5 Web Agent Historical Reports

I have SCCS 4.2 (PEP11) and Web 4.5 (pep2)and am having problems with data in Agent Historical. PEP2 on the web merges the login id and name in select data and the information is incorrect. Agent data in CCM and RTD are both fine, as well as on the FAT client. Anyone else run into this?

I have the same problem and cannot report using agent names. Until Nortel patches it, I guess we are stuck reporting by agent logins. Anyone know of a fix ??

Nortel has released SWC 4.5 SU03. Hopefully you can solve the problem by installing the patch.

Also, let us know whether the problem is solved.
