and just to add to the expense, you'll most likely need to upgrade the Meridian as well.
Were stuck on 4.0 because the big boys won't dish the dosh.

On V5 it's not included.....

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

No Voice Prompt Editor, CCS 6.0 (yep, new name, no, not original) won't support MMail anymore, you have to have Callpilot...
But you do get an outbound dialer with it...
