Can anyone give me a ballpark cost to expect to pay to upgrade from SCCS 4.2 to Call Center and what problems if any to expect?

No such thing as ballpark pricing for this product :)

1000s of config possibilities, do you have 1 or 10000 agents? Applications? Variables? Access? IVR? CCT? Replication & Standby Server? etc etc etc
