Symposium 4.2 scrip activation failure

Hi, I am setting up a new SCCS server and I am getting the following error when trying to ativate the Master script:

"Script activation was successful,but an application could not be created because the system has reached the limit."

Has anyone seen this and know of a fix? Thanks.

Go to reports and displays, and then to statistics configuration. Go into historical statistics. Click on the parameters tab and then you should see a list of several different things and "application" should be in there. Click on application and on the right hand side the greyed out area that shows configured value should have turned white and allow you to change it. Up the value and you should be able to activate the script...
