we are getting the following errors. Can anyone explain what they are? Thanks in advance.....

Looks like a scripting problem. You are sending the call in the Symposium and then routing the call back out, maybe to an IVR and then that application is transfering the call back to the Symposium. The Symposium knows that the call has already been there by the Call ID that was assigned. This type of routing should be avoided. Let me know if this is not the case!
