Symposium 4.2 disconnecting Desktop user

Last friday my Symposium server began to disconnect user out of the blue. can figure out what is causing this issue. Has anyone every experience this issue?

I've seen network congestion cause Symposium to do that.

Thank you..........One end of one of the Companys WAN was down. After we shut down the side that was keeping it up we have no other reports of being knock of Symposium. Now I have to open ticket with CO to get PTP back up
