I have few users reporting "call requed" problems within few seconds. Ten seconds the calls should be answered now.

call flow administration than call presentation class in symposium is where you would define this. Since it's syposium controlled I think is where to change not in the switch acd programming. Agian it's early and I've been sick but I think this is right.
