SYMPOSIUM 4.2 Call Report CLID number for Abandon Call

I am a newbie to SYMPOSIUM 4.2. I am trying to get Abandon Call CLID number in a condense form. I can find the number on the very large Call by Call Statistic Report Crystal Report. I am try to see what tables are being used in Crystal Report to generate the report. I do not have a copy of Crystal Report. Since I do not have Crystal Report, I export the Crystal Report Call by Call Staistis Report to Access an it show that the following Table Names eCallByCallStatYYYYMMDD, Agent are being used to create the report. I then made a ODBC connection and Link the two tables to Access and I see none of the data that is being generate in any of the two tables eCallByCallStatYYYYMMDD, Agent.

Does the Crystal Report Call by Call Statistic have some kind of special table view that you can see only thru Crystal Report designer. And Can I get to table view with Crystal Report beable to get only CLID Number which are abondon.

Are do I have to write program to connect thru ODBC to get the CLID Number which are abandon. What tables do I need to look at thru the link table in Access to maybe create a report in Access which we do have here. Am I going down the wrong paths. I need some suggestion. I need to get these call on a hourly basic.

I do not think you can view the CLID of the abandoned call. The CLID is normally tracked inside the CallbyCallStatistics which only have very short storage period. So if you need to see,somehow you manage to put into report, you need to generate before the buffer full.
