Symposium 4.2 Agent Phone Not Displal Logged Out

A Symposium Express 4.2 agent acquired phone will not display "Logged Out" when agent logs out or it won't display "enter agent ID" when agent logs in to the call center. It does display "Logged In" The agent is actually logged in or out but it just won't display. Also, the Display key won't display anything but a "0" and the agent is not programmed as a Supervisor.
Does anyone know what would cause this to happen?

A 2616 with an early vintage display. Not enough pixels to do ACD.
You will have to replace the set with a newer vintage.

There is a feature on the non-Express Symposium that allows some customization of the displays but I've never used it so I'm not sure it would help. I'm guessing you don't have it on the Express anyway.
