A Symposium Express 4.2 agent acquired phone will not display "Logged Out" when agent logs out or it won't display "enter agent ID" when agent logs in to the call center. It does display "Logged In" The agent is actually logged in or out but it just won't display. Also, the Display key won't display anything but a "0" and the agent is not programmed as a Supervisor.
Does anyone know what would cause this to happen?
