Symposium 4.0, internal application error

I reinstalled symposium 4.0 on a new PC running Windows XP Pro and when i logged in to one of our systems, if i try to open a skillset or open scripts, i get the following:

"Internal Application Error. Please contact your system administrator".

did you install all required client patches?

i have the patches, but don't know what order they're supposed to be loaded in?

There are readme files for each patch, they will give you specific information such as what patches need to be installed first. Not all patches are for all installations, and there are a couple of quirks that the readme file will alert you to.

Generally, you start with the lowest number and go higher. there are SU's (Service Updates) and Peps (updates to SU's).
