we´re on Symposium 2.00 and are currently having an overflow routing like the following:
IF QUEUED CALL COUNT Skillset1 > tv_variable1 THEN
ROUTE CALL 7914
END IF
Now the managers would like to ensure that the second location doesn´t get more calls in peak times. They want a maximum number of calls definable e.g. for each 5 minutes.
Does anybody have a clue how to do?
