I have to change an ip address on 2 terms running symphony. How do u get to the desktop to do that? Can't end program in task manager and owner doesn't know log in info to switch user.

Are you talking about the workstation?
Tap the top of the screens in this order: LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT.
It will then give you a6 digit number. Ex: 189255
Multiply the first two digits (1x8), then add the 4th and 6th numbers to the sum of the first two.
Ex: 189255, 1*8+2+5 = 15.
It will then take you to the diagnostic screen. Select the Go to Windows.

My bad, I haven't had much time with Simphony other than with the server.

With simphony you cant just go ahead and change the server IP, there are some other files that needs to be change also.
Are you running simphony on Oracle or SQL?

But if its the workstation you can minimize the OPs with your mouse or Keyboard and go to network settings to change the IP also change in EMC.
