Having problems with web client not refreshing the SCCS. I can go to services and restart the ICERTDService and the client will refresh the server. Nortel says that if you use Veritas software to backup data, the default will use TCP port 10,000. This is a conflict with Symposium Web Client Toolkit NameService that uses port 10,000. We are not using Veritas. Any ideas??

Depending on your network quality the time for refreshing data maybe to quickly, the webclient is not able to collect all data before another request is started. Try to set the refresh rate to 5 or 10 seconds for testing.

Thanks for the reply. I finally rebooted the server and that took care of the problem.
