Symp 4.2/Call Pilot 2.20 Integration

Have a Symp 4.2 w/CP 2.02. Call comes in to CDN's with
Voice Prompts recorded in Call Pilot App Builder. Receiving a 5 to 6 sec delay on some prompts. Ex. Caller his Company greeting, presses 5, should transfer to another menu within the CP Voice Prompts and it does, but after about 5 or 6 sec of silence. Have sent issue to Nortel who haven't found solution yet. Just wondered if anyone out there has had any experience with this?
