hi, does anyone know where i can get help on Symon reader boards, set up, troubleshooting, etc.? i don't know what forum to use, and our software is EOL so Symon won't help me.
What is your question, maybe someone here can answer.
If you have just upgraded your call center and now the boards are not working, it may be because newer versions of CC are not compatible with older "analog" software/hardware on many types of boards. We knew this issue was coming up a couple of upgrades ago and moved to Agent Desktop Display software, included in our upgrades, this kept management happy.
