We had to switch a Service Processor from one of our unused DMX systems to one that we are using for a short while longer. The hardware is no longer under EMC support but the software licenses are up to date. We need to use optimizer but cannot with the new laptop because it has the old S/N. EMC will not do anything to help. The question is does anybody know how to change the S/N on the laptop (service processor) to match the one on the DMX? The hardrive from the old laptop was bad so switching them does not help. Thanks.
