Hi,
I've had reports of some barcodes getting misread (repeatedly) by a portable barcode scanner. I suspect that there is a problem with the scanner using the "wrong" symbology to read the code.
Is this possible?
FWIW, the scanners are Metrologic ScanPal2's with the default symbology selections (I think). The barcode with problems is in Code 39. The combination works fine for well over 99% of the barcodes that we in the stores.
