I tried to apply the latest patch (maintenance level ? the oslevel is 5300-04).While I applied the patch, error occurred and the update process was stopped.

Before applied the update, the oslevel was 5300-04,
And now the response of oslevel ?r or oslevel ?s is following

I checked the level of each patch sets and some patches are applied, but others are not.
How can I apply the update patch to the latest version?

I think you mean latest service pack but could be wrong, could it have been a TL?
What was the error?
EXACTLY HOW did you "try to apply the patch"?
Did you test it first?
What does oslevel -s show?
What did it show before you "tried" to update / upgrade?
