Symbol LS2208 Scanner with Aloha

Has anyone try using a Symbol LS2208 Scanner with Aloha?

I am not sure on how to set this up in Aloha and while using the SurePOS 544?

Want to be able to scan a bar code and have that item show up on the order.

Any help much appreciated...

Ok....I got the scanner programmed up and working.....

Every time I scan barcode I get a "No item or coupon found matching that barcode"...

In the item that you want to be able to scan, go to the Miscellaneous tab, and scan the barcode in the SKU number blank(s).

Let me know if you still need help. The bar codes that come with the scanner for setup don't work with Aloha.

You do know that with Aloha the scanners have to be set up with a tilda at one end and a carat at the other to do the recall check. Can remember which end. I have never set one up to scan retail items to add to a check, but it may be the same.?
