Symbol 4131not working with EAP and WEP

I'm trying to get a Symbol 4131 access point working with EAP and WEP. It seems that turning both features (EAP and WEP) on does not work. Sometimes I can get an IP address from DHCP but most of the time I cannot. Even when I do get an IP Address I cannot access the internet.

However, if I disable one of the features, then everything works fine.

I'm using the latest version of the firmware (03.70-62), and a CISCO 350 client card on XP. I'm also using the Multi-ESS and VLAN trunking features.
