Symantec System Center 10 - older client not showing up

I have Symantec Antivirus 10.0.1.1000 installed on my server and my PC and I have that same version of the Symantec System Center Console installed. It seems that all of my win2000/XP clients running version 10 (10.0.359 and 10.0.1.1000) show up in the listing, but computers running version 8 and 9 are not listed in the System Center (both on my server and on my PC).

Does anyone know why this might be? I've done new managed installs of version 9 (from CD) on NT machines and migrated version 8 on an XP machine from another antivirus sever to mine (copied the GRC.dat file). All clients say they belong to my server, but like I've said, the System Center does not show them. Any help is appreciated.
