Hey All,

I have never done a RSS Feed before and dont really understand how they work. I have tried reading up on it but to be completely honest I am that busy I was wondering if anybody here could just provide me with some code...

I have a website for my IT company and would love to be able to show warnings of the latest and greatest in viruses...
