Hey!

I wanted to know if the new Mail security 4 of symatec is the new version of NAV for Exchange 3... can I upgrade it as is?

The new mail security 4 replaces the Symantec Anti Virus Filtering for Microsoft Exchange. A certain build of Mail Security supports exchange 2003.
