Have a strange problem with Mail Security. I am currently using the standard policy, everything has been customized and tailored to fit my needs. I have set all my rules to delete viral emails upon detection and have only enabled notification to the administrator account, however, it seems like my end users are still receiving virus notifications. The viral emails are being caught and deleted but why are the notifications still going to my user's inbox? The email contains an attached txt file with the status of the email. I would like notifications to my users to stop and to only go to the administrator. Can any one help? I am about to reinstall the application!
