I have am running symantec in a Server/Client operation. I've got it running great but there is one thing that i need to get fixed. In the old symantec antivirus server/client mode you could keep people from disabling protection. How do you do that in the Endpoint Protection using the policies.

It's not too difficult. Go into the SEP Manager, go to the Clients section, and edit the Antivirus/Antispyware policy for the appropriate group.

Under File System Auto-protect, you'll see the "Enable File System Auto-Protect" option. Click the lock next to it.

Next time the clients check in the option to disable SEP will be grayed out.
