Symantec Calls Our Software Trojan, Need Fix

So after a recent Symantec Antivirus update for our customers, they are now reading one of our scripts as a Trojan and and deleting it from customers' PCs, ruining the functionality of our product, not to mention our reputation.

I have been searching all over Symantec's site trying to find where I can report this but I'm not finding it. We need them to whitelist this item. Does anyone have any experience with this or can offer and guidance here? Thanks so much!
 
I spoke with customer care at Symantec and they didn't really know how to help with this issue. I am really curious if someone here has had a similar issue and how they communicated this with Symantec. I have to think that these types of things happen every day and there is at least a group or someone at Symantec that handles these types of requests. Any help or guidance here would be greatly appreciated.
