Hi, We have uograded from Veritas 9 to symantec 11d and since had some problems. We have a server running an oracle database which backsup to a file on a different hard drive then we use the backup software to copy this file to tape. The problem is ever since upgrading to 11d we can see in the event logs that the backup account is trying to log on to the database even though we dont have an oracle agent licence and this is causing problems for the database. Has any one any ideas on how to stop this happening.
