Symantec AVF for Exchange

We are running Symantec's AVF for Exchange and are having trouble with the mailbox scanning feature. The only mailbox that it will scan is the administrator's mailbox. Any ideas what security settings I should look at?

It's Symantec AVF version 3.x on Windows 2000 server/Exchange 2000.
