One of our users (Win 98, Office XP, Symantec Client Security) is getting frequent Administrator Alerts regarding multiple emails sent by the user to herself. I, as the administrator, get corresponding messages saying Symantec AVF detected a message with an unscannable attachment. The location is [name]/NON_IPM_SUBTREE. Needless to say, she is not sending emails to herself and I have run so many scans on her PC that all say she is virus free.

The user is listed as the sender and the receiver. I cannot find these emails in the Sent Items or Inbox or any other folder. It is causing our nightly backups to fail. Can anyone give me any ideas where to look to remove these emails or something else I can try to fix the problem.
