i got a problem with the SAV 10.1.5.5000,i upgraded from 8.0 and now when i go to system center i can't see pc , that i already installed remotly before, and i run a tool\dsicovery and nothing,
i'm trying to deply client remote installation , and now i have an error "The server (nameserver) is not hosting any compatible symantec antivirus (SAV) 64 bit installers for the 64 bit client" and all my clients are 32 bits,
and i already installed the patch.
help..!~!!
 
SAV 10 and above req. certificate to match on the client and the Parent server. If you are upgrading your SAV infrastruture make sure,

1) Upgrade the Parent server first.
2) Upgrade your PC's SAV and SSC to the same versrion.
3) Roll out to the clients from SSC from your PC.

The cert is located under c:\program files\symantec antivirus\pki\roots

i think i mess something here, i did a uninstallation manually, i mean, follow symantec website, dleeted folders, registry, etc, and also the pki folder.
now i have the clients with the last server.
i tried to push the remote installation and it didn'tr work.

please help..11

i just copy the new Certificates and the grc.dat
everything is working fine,
