I have installed the client on a PC with windows XP and I did a proper setup of the program...the problem is as follows : When I do a manual scan of my C:\ the program ONLY scans memory...??? This does NOT happen when I scan my other drives, they get the full file scan with no problem.

That can´t be good security !!

OK..so far I have discovered that this error message is entered in the antivirus log: Scan Omission - Scan could not access C:
There is only one active account on my bucket, and that is an Administrator account!!

I have tried installing the AV again, but the problem still occurs

HEEELP....aarrgh

I have the same problem. I noticed that if I click the "+" sign next to "C" to choose files to scan, nothing is listed. All other drives scan & display directories fine. It must be a bug.

I just reinstalled Windows XP....that fixed the problem, so it´s a bug allright, but not in the antivirus program !!

Windows is the mother of all FU...PS
