Symantec AntiVirus/Content Filtering scan pending

We have a new problem in the domino server. Emails[especially the one with attachments]sits in the routing mailbox. When you see a dead message with attachment the reason is listed as "Symantec AntiVirus/Content Filtering scan pending".

Can someone help?

Situations:
-Lotus domino /notes 6.5.1
-Symantec Antivirus ent. ver. 9x with exceptions for domino for scanning
-Symantec's Domino filtering/ scanning component running in the server.
-It was working perfectly for the last one year
-We just moved the server to a new hardware and this problem started
-Noticed that contenet license was expired and so replaced it.
......Please HELP.

Fixed it!
We had two mail boxes defined. Changed at the setting the number of mail boxes as '0', then shutdown domino and removed all mail*.box from data directory and then restarted domino. It created the default mail.box again and now the anti-virus is doing fine
