Symantec Antivirus 9.0 password lost

The old network admin didnt leave this password behind for me and I need it to upgrade to 10.0 ....Anyone have a quick way for me to either recover the password or reset it?

Go to c:\program files\sysmantec\\\\ someplace in there is the iforgot.exe program I think it's called that will reset the password.

It should be c:\program files\symantec\symantec systems center. It works best on the server you need to reset the password on.
