Symantec Add In Slowing down Outlook

Hi there,

I'm using Outlook 2003 and Symantec 10.1.6.6010 with the firewall.
When I open up e-mails they are taking 30-40 seconds to open even if they do not have an attachment.
When I disable the Outlook Symantec Add In the e-mails open up immediatley.
Is anyone else having this problem, is there a solution.

My PC is XP and is fully pacthed
My mail box is on an exchange server on our LAN.

I have been having the same problem since Norton did an upgrade a few months ago. I would like to know a fix also.
