Hi,

If any of you guys have had experience of connecting to this box I wonder if you can give me some pointers?.....

I have followed the "textbook" setup (i.e. the recomendations directly from the symantec support site) but am still unable to create the tunnel.

The error message I get on the client is as follows:

Aug 17 09:16:18.674 DH2W7J0J isakmpd[3092]: 120 isakmpd Info: Error
while processing data rcvd from peer xx.xx.xx.xx: (-3360) Shared Key
file or entry for this peer in file does not exits.

The firewall itself gives the following:

08/17/2004 08:16:18.01 vpnclient - responding to Aggressive Mode from
Remote Peer 213.122.204.223
08/17/2004 08:16:18.81 vpnclient - STATE_AGGR_R1: from STATE_AGGR_R0;
sent AR1, expecting AI2
08/17/2004 08:16:19.11 vpnclient - Receive ISAKMP OAK INFO
(PAYLOAD_MALFORMED)
08/17/2004 08:16:19.11 vpnclient - Terminating connection

I am using MD5, DES, Diffe-Hellman 1 (i.e. as the reccommendations) and the unique key is 20 character straight alphanumeric (I had originally used colons and stuff to make it more sdifficult)

Am I missing something blatantly obvious here?

Thanks in advance for any help
