Symantec 200R and RaptorVPN6.5

when i try to establish a tunnel from the Raptor6.5 to the Sym.200R protected network i get the following error message on the Symantec200R logfile. "Invalid_ID_Information". The following error message at the Raptor log. "(-3366) Unexpected payload was received in request."

Trying to establish tunnels from the Sym.200R protected Network to the Raptor is not always succesful for all wanted tunnels/subnets. After a reset on the 200R i am able to ping to all subnets.
Any ideas ?

Are you using 1 to 1 NAT on either end ?

That caused the same arror message with me
