Sychonizing Public Folders

Recently i've had trouble attempting to synchonize public folders in outlook 2000.

I have a calendar file in my public folders and would like to synchronize it with a copy in the local folders...

I've already made a copy of the public calendar and set it up to sychronize howver it doesnt seem to update...

Can anyone help....
