Sybase Stored Procedure Parameters Missing

I have stored procedures with parameters in Sybase ASE. When I connect from Crystal XI to one of these stored procedures using Sybase ASE ODBC driver, the parameters are missing from the report. However, using the native Sybase drive the parameters show properly.

Any idea why the parameters are missing using ODBC?
