Sybase SQL Anywhere

We have a client that is currently running an application that is using SQL Sybase Anywhere, We need to schedule a query on the DB to save the results to a CSV file for integration to another application. In SQL server we use a DTS package and we can secure this package with a password so that the client does not see our query. Is there a way to acomplish this with this version of Sybase? I don't see any tools to manage this database, is this even possible?

I found another post somewhere where you can use sql dts to import/export data from a sysbase db to sql db or text file etc.. because dts uses ODBC drivers to connect to the server. We will try using sql tools and try to schedule a dts
