sybase replication server 15.7.1 in Microsoft Cluster

hi all..

i have cluster and i try create cluster application sybase replication server 15.7.1
i following wizard and success .
then i try bring resource online i get error ...

error code: 0x8007139a
The cluster resource could not be brought online by the resource monitor.

I try runing that application in cluster node is working.

any solustion for my problem , before and after thank's
